I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the balcony added a charming touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and even arranged a fantastic day tour for me. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter. The dining experience with a view over Hanoi was exceptional. However, the only downside was the paid shuttle service.
